Physical product returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from delivery if items remain in clean and resalable condition with original components included. Return requests should include order reference and reason to help process quickly.
For digital product formats, return rights depend on access status and legal exceptions where immediate content delivery has begun with consent.
Submit a request through the contact page with your name, order details, and brief explanation. DayAware confirms the return path, destination details, and verification steps before shipment.
Returned items should be packaged securely to avoid transit damage.
Once returned items are received and checked, DayAware issues refunds within 14 days to the original payment route. If inspection identifies missing parts or substantial wear beyond normal review, a partial refund may apply and will be explained clearly.
Shipping costs may be excluded where legally permitted and where return reason is not related to fulfillment error.
Customized products made to user-specific requirements may not be eligible for cancellation after production starts. Opened sealed goods that cannot be resold for hygiene or integrity reasons may also be excluded where allowed by law.
